Role of Service Provider:
- Our role is to assist in the collection, submission, and processing of the required documents for vehicle ownership transfer. We help facilitate the transfer process between the buyer and seller.
Document Accuracy:
- The applicant (buyer and seller) is responsible for ensuring that all required documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Any discrepancies or missing information may delay the transfer process.
Required Documents:
- The buyer and seller must provide the original documents and self-attested copies as per the checklist provided.
- It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the vehicle has no outstanding dues (e.g., road tax, fines, or loan payments).
Vehicle Condition:
- The buyer should inspect the vehicle thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. The seller must declare any existing damages or issues with the vehicle in the transfer agreement.
Government Process:
- The vehicle ownership transfer is subject to approval by the relevant Regional Transport Office (RTO). We do not have control over the approval process or the processing time.
- KSVL Services can assist with the document submission, but the final decision on the transfer rests with the government authority.
