2. Confirmation of Schedule:

   • Our Concierge team will confirm the rider's availability and communicate the confirmed pickup and delivery time to the customer.
   • Pickup and delivery times provided are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Service Confirmation:

   • The customer will receive confirmation of the pickup and delivery schedule once the rider's availability has been verified.
   • Any changes to the schedule or delays will be promptly communicated by our Concierge team.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

   • Customers must ensure that the documents are ready for pickup at the confirmed time.
   • The rider will only collect and deliver the documents as arranged. Any additional requirements should be communicated prior to the scheduled service.

5. Rescheduling:

   • If the customer is unable to meet the scheduled pickup time, they must inform our Concierge team in advance to reschedule.
   • Any changes to the confirmed schedule due to customer unavailability may be subject to rescheduling fees or delays.

6. No Refund Policy:

   • Once the pickup and delivery schedule is confirmed, no refund is applicable if the service is canceled or rescheduled by the customer.
   • Refunds will not be provided for delays or cancellations caused by external factors or events outside our control.

7. Force Majeure:

   • The company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic disruptions, weather conditions, or emergencies.
